I’m flattered that you’ve decided to find out about me, and hope that my
journey through rapid and healthy weight loss will help you to find what
you’re looking for.

We all have our own reasons for wanting to lose weight, but what we all
have in common is we attach wonderful feelings to having reached our
goal. I’ve reached my first major goal, and I’ll tell you… it feels
amazing! And there’s no doubt in my mind that you too can one day (soon)
experience the freedom that comes with reaching your rapid weight loss
goals.

My name’s Paul, I’m a 25-year old male and for as long as I can remember
(I’d say a good 20 years), I’ve been fat – to the extent that I was
teased in school, college, university AND at work (yeh, you’d think
adults would be more mature and sensitive).

Needless to say, this all had a bearing on my confidence. Until fairly
recently, I’ve always been afraid of social situations, sometimes even
choosing not to go out because I look fat (yeh, it got that bad – to the
point where I had to either see a therapist or… well… lose some damn
body fat!).

I’d spend ages by the mirror (yup, 25 year old MALE, we care about our
appearance thesedays… though sometimes I wish I didn’t), trying on
different tops, being satisfied only when I was half-convinced that I
didn’t look all THAT fat, fooling myself that people wouldn’t notice I
was fat… until ofcourse I’d go out and some idiot would point it out –
“oh Paul, you’ve gained weight.”

So Paul, why did you make a Burn The Fat Review site?

I’ve studied MANY fat burning products and tried loads of different fat
loss techniques. Some of these products I have to say, are selling more
than Tom Venuto’s Feed The Muscle Burn The Fat ebook, but why? I bought
these products myself and realised they’re full of rubbish – that the
reason they’re selling well is because of all the hype and lies on their
sales page.

With all the knowledge that I’ve accumulated over more than a decade of
reading about weight loss and a decade’s worth of failures, I realised
from his claims and theories, that Tom Venuto truly is the honest author
he claims to be. A bodybuilder with no hype and full of promises that he
truly can deliver on.

I started to follow Tom’s program and in just 3 months of some minor
changes to my lifestyle, I’ve lost more weight than in 20 years of
effort and hard work.

Tom will tell you in his book that the journey through weight loss to
freedom isn’t easy, but I will tell you that it is! After a little
initial effort and adjusting, all the changes you make to the way you
eat and exercise become second nature. And you feel good not only
becuase you’re finally losing that stomach fat, but also because you
find yourself always full of energy – never hungry and never burdened
with the guilt of feeling too full after a meal. Following the advice in
this book will change your life in such a way that you will never look
back.

Ok ok, tell me why you made the site already!

Alright, in short… I feel great, I’m finally feeling the freedom that
I’ve always associated with being slim – the freedom of knowing that I
look good in anything I choose to wear, the freedom of wearing a thin
t-shirt in the summer – feeling the warm summer breeze on my skin, the
freedom of finally doing away with my top on the beach. I want you to
feel this too!

There are fat people who don’t care much about being fat, and there are
those (and I’m pretty sure the majority are in this category) that feel
embarrassed, ashamed and ugly, and are as a result, missing out on the
world – missing out on enjoying the many pleasures this world has to
offer.

There is no reason for you to be in this state, I have nothing to lose
from you going out there in the world, enjoying it, looking great and
feeling amazing, and what do I have to gain? I have the pleasure of
knowing there are more people in the world, with or without my help
(preferably with ofcourse, it’s a huge ego-boost :p ) who are feeling
great and indulging in its pleasures as I am. Hey, it’s just my
personality trait what can I say? I am made happy when others around me
are happy. And who knows? Maybe one day we’ll meet and you can tell me
all about your experience :p
